I must complement you on your recent "digging". You appear to be right on.

This leads me to ask about your view of what the "bone" is. It appears to be PVSP/Artizen in some sort of stock swap. Do you agree? If you do, how and what do you see happening?

I do not think that this is good short term news for PVSP shareholders. I for one (of the larger shareholders of GERS) am not interested in the business of PVSP. I joined the GERS' cavalcade in 2006 for completely different reasons.

I have ALWAYS stated my belief that KK was honorable. It was impossible to come away from meeting him, DW and others and come to any other conclusion. I did not always agree with all decisions -- but honor was never in question. When I saw the tortured look on his and DW's faces during the appeal hearing, their pain was palpable. So I know that they have lost a great deal more than we have. This "bone" is his way of fulfilling, the best he can, that honorable commitment.

As he and DW transition to LODE, I have no attachment to that endeavor. I feel very strongly that whenever, whatever is in my brokerage account I will immediately jettison it, as PVSP is not my cup of tea, so to speak. I think other larger GERS' shareholders feel the same way. And that is what does not bode well for current PVSP shareholders.
