I think it is best to distinguish between endless bashing and bashing coupled to a constructive plan.

As I understand FG's position, he is working to reverse the PP, and to make the BOD more responsive to the average stockholder. Aside from all the character issues being discussed, if that happens, the average stockholder will benefit.

The failure rate and tech back up are different issues, but seems to me that the most constructive way to handle the criticism is to simply look at how tech assistance is managed and see if it needs to be improved.

Dan, I called for McBride to step down...

on 3rd January 2001, before anybody thought of it... However, it has only been a cosmetic move, in my view and we have to make it REAL, for SEVU to survive as a Public Company... Remember that?...

UPDATE, 14 January 2001:

Much has happened since the above Header was written... SEVU, as a result of Potentially Misleading Press Releases, the CEO's failure to disclose he was on Probation and the delay in starting Mass Production, came under virulent attacks from a professional Group of Shorters, reaching a low of $1.69 at the Close...

However, the Products are real and have a readily available market... Among remedies to restore Credibility, I believe that McBride should be replaced by a credible and experienced CEO; PR's should include only Completed actions and facts and the PR/IR Agency replaced to remove potential conflicts of interests...

That you want to be buddy with McBride because he gave or lent you some cameras is your own prerogative and I understand that you resent posters who go against your preference... However, in good conscience, I have no other alternative than pick the new route I have chosen, because I am certain it's the only way to preserve SEVU for the NON-REAL shareholders, US...
