Hang in there man, unicorns are real. Total all the preferred and Jason's 150K of class "A" and you wouldn't have the 1 million held shares around the time they claimed to have filed the application. As if Jason's shares would count. The company itself has never directly indicated that they have applied for the NASDAQ. Nothing filed to suggest that they have formed a board, unwound Jason's controlling interest and independent decision making here, or other corporate governance concerns. Even if they fulfilled and filed all of the requirements it doesn't mean that the NASDAQ committee would automatically permit membership. I wouldn't let Jason drive through my neighbor hood let alone take up residency if I had a vote.
