Yep, everybody wanted to be richer today BUT, the debt had to be extinguished first. The notes are structured with a 15% of volume daily sell limit. Unfortunately, with the MMs help, panic also ensues. What is important, other than the debt extinction, which we know is part of the deal, the deal is done. Although, as stated yesterday , I did not like the announcement and have not seen a separate announcement from Zen re the consummation of the deal which is the normal course with such a deal. The PR yesterday quoted Zen as saying he looked forward to the closing just like the first PR. Im thinking the Yahoo! Article is simply picking up the previous article and was not a new PR put out by the Companies. JMO
