Well time will tell. The company is in a precarious position right now no matter who is in charge. Having trials start is only the very beginning of a potentially good outcome - thinking positively. There is no guarantee of that. NP and team have proven time and again that they do not know how to execute and cannot learn. I prefer to take my chances with 13D at this time.
