come on man, really, the guy is working his butt off, and you want to even consider suing, for what, how is that going to help us all? Just because you dont "see" progress doesnt mean its not being made, far from it actually. Granted there appears no good reason for the delay, at least wait until we see the filing before even considering such drastic action.
