US is clearly a socialist. CCP is not. Just look at the way they treat their fellow citizens. USG issued already 3 cheques and passed many measures to ensure their fellow citizens can survive the Covid. So far, I don’t think any similar measure in China.
People renting a house has at least 3 pain points. First, they may be required to move every few years. Second, they cannot enjoy any property price gain. Third, they are not allowed to decorate the property the way they want. Saving money is never a good at to build wealth.
