Yes. We can all see the financials aren't there, but the statement of claim to have access...it's like saying we claimed to post a message on here, while posting a message on here. At that point it's not a claim because it happened, and anyone who can see the message knows it happened. The claim are the financials. Perhaps someone could ask them about it.
