The supposed part isn't supposed. That is where we are. Their profile was updated just a few weeks ago.
The other issue...they have 5 years of filings to do. Other companies, just 2-3 years took them months to do, and they botched it up, so imagine 5 years...and if anything is wrong within those years, go back and start over. Once they get over that hurdle, then they have to battle with every single company who decided to magically do their paper work now instead of years ago when they should have done it.
