Are you kidding? They updated their otc description at one point stating that “their current plans are in renewable energy, with an emphasis on lithium ion battery manufacture, distribution and recycling”. And they went the other way like nothing ever happened. The way they handled this RM is trash. They led people on thinking it was something lithium related. As for the RS, it is done more often than not, but in this particular case it hurt an already damaged ticker.
