That was IREP and ENOS is not based off IREP , that was not patentable and was abandoned. That had been explained numerous times and evidence was provided yet some can’t figure that out but they supposedly know what Medtronic is doing- laughable.
Medtronic reviewed vicarious and said absolutely not! It has no patent protection. Matter of fact, there are already numerous lawsuits against vicarious as we speak.
