I think the market will be a heck of a lot smaller without the real time quotes. The CTs will still trade but, good luck finding a broker that is willing to trade them. That is what I am looking for. I am looking for that broker who will trade the CTs after the deadline.
FirstTrade is one of them. But, they are very restrictive.
