CGRA will continue to be listed on the OTC. We can trade it.

But what is interesting is that lots of companies who do not comply with this SEC regulation which is going into affect later this month, Will no longer be listed on the OTC. This means that retail investors cannot participate.

They will be put on a new market called The Expert Market. This is a direct work around for the new OTC Rule 15c2-11. The expert market will allow the delisted companies to continue trading, long after the companies no longer exist so that the hedge funds may continue to keep their positions open, using their paper gains as collateral. The expert market proposal was made around the same time period as the OTC Rule 15c2-11 was enacted. The big difference is the Expert Markets won't allow average joe/retail players to monitor and ensured positions are actually closed, and taxes are paid.

Literally the entire stock market is a game.
Only around 60% of the action that happens on a daily basis is viewable to the public.

The rest happens in dark pools. You can pay for this information. But now, Not only are there dark pool exchanges that you can see what smart money is doing, but now there are dark pool markets Where we cannot see what has been bought or shorted by smart money.
