I was just reading that Gozani founded this in 1996??? Do you know if that's accurate? If yes, he's going to want a nice payout for his exit. I like him (taking a "$1.00 salary" - we all know he's probably getting corporate perks, though), but the CFO selling is a little irritating, although he probably had those unexercised options for a while.
