The reason it won’t get to Nasdaq because they won’t meet the criteria. Revenue profits and $4 stock price for a certain duration of time. Maybe the amateur Dr. can fill out the forms like he did with the QB uplist and kept getting kicked back.

This is very good news IMO. They probably achieve something meaningful and with promise of a big revenue and ready to move way up. Other vise it doesn't make any scenes. $SBFM$.

There will NOT be a reverse split if its not needed.

I truly believe they're sitting on $2 news to start.

Never been in one that worked out. Pumpers always tell you that "this is the one", but the results are always the same. The last one I was in sent a Letter to Shareholder's thanking us for our patience and that we soon would be rewarded, only to file for RS the next day.

At least SBFM told us of their intentions just not the ratio.
