Historically there have been many companies that have experienced financial speed bumps. Some of them have been the Phoenix bird that has arisen from the ashes not the least of which is Ford Motors. There is no reason to think that WNBD will not pull a rabbit from the hat on the Tech acquisition. Only time will tell. Remember, the Tech is not the only rabbit in the hat.
You obviously have the wrong company. I believe the tech company is one that was going to go public but due to the lockdowns couldn’t raise enough capital to make it happen. That company has not filed bankruptcy and in fact was in talks with another company last February. I’m of the belief you do not know much, only repeating what others state!
