And back again. Now, with the Sept 28 deadline looming, it doesn't look likely it'll do so again, since there's no indication that there's anyone willing to comply with the requirements that will keep it from going to the greys.

The question people don't know the answer to with these tickers is what will happen going forward. The SEC is looking to do away withy dead tickers, regardless whether there is any trading in them. Perhaps FINRA will delist them all after a certain period of time.

No filings = no buying capability only sale orders to liquify.
