Cubflyer1946, HGEN's misfortune has ZERO impact on CDMO results. HGEN said that they had all the needed product in stock already. So the production was done months ago (and is for sure already paid for).
But the markets, they like the links and will hammer some.
Cub is correct as to why but I doubt CDMO had anything in the $117M forecast for HGEN other than the reserve for capacity. Without the EUA, really can't put the revenue in for guidance. If there had been an EUA, that would have probably been the raise to a min of $120M plus incremental when Phase 1 is completed. We'll get the additional HGEN revenue after they go through the UK and EU submissions. Just too bad CDMO didn't know prior to the call then they could have clarified. Or perhaps they can put out a PR noting no change in current guidance.
