Nobody said UNVC was in danger because of the new rule.

Yes, it appears all required filings are in, but they are not correct and I assume the reason UNVC is back to limited with yield sign.

And NO, it has nothing to do with SEC.

A friend just sent me a text he thought it could be because nothing has been filed with the SEC yet.

I'm sure Doc is already on it this morning, does not make any sense at all. Does not change any thing business wise with the Conglomerate.

I'm not worried about at all, if people get scared and start selling over this they shouldn't have been here to begin with.

It states it right here this could be the problem, Warning! This company has posted limited financial disclosure through the OTC Disclosure & News Service or is late in their filing obligations with the SEC

Doc has to show the DOCuments
doc said unvc controls it's own destiny
Well otc calls the shots, show clear proof, on what you submit.

Very simple you sell a house, show your title of ownership, and other official documents. Takes two minutes, show it , its verified and done.
Some will say it's just a little delay, no it not ,this has been the 3rd delay, it's over a month ,just with these delays .really shows lack of vision on how to legally build a conglomerate. Easy to make plans, however executing them is what it's all about
