QENC once the Stop is down, much easier to do that this is just loading zone for R/M

I noticed that $QENC is now showing the updated number of restricted and unrestricted shares. When in goes current we should see some buying volume. When they retire shares we should see a decent spike. Then when Synergy announces the reverse merger we will hopefully really be able to make some money here.
