Didn’t say they couldn’t. Just saying won’t be current by end of year. OTCmarkets has made it clear when the deadline was to file to get current. MTVX will be at the back of the line but I highly doubt Covey wants to open up those books for public view. Makes one wonder why his accountants quit.

Yep...i've seen lots of stinkie pinkies get current all at once. The CEO/CFO's are like college students that wait till the last minute to turn their turn papers in...lol...

The amount of FUD from posters who are protecting us from ourselves...coupled with the accumulation tells me this has a good chance of popping in the future...how long from now is the question...could be weeks could be months...could be days...

If they are trying to buy up the float cheap it behoves them to NOT file anything for awhile. In the meantime the stock sits around 1 or 2 and they can scoop shares on the cheap...

I am sure something big will happen here nobody would spend $3 Million dollars accumulating the FLOAT if something Huge isn't Planned for this....
