What the fin tech company will do with the ticker is unknown. What we do know is David Lazar legally gained control of the ticker symbol and shares of a company called Diversified energy holding. If you want to look up that process be my guests. Cleaned it up. Then sold the symbol and it's share structure to this fin tech company. Forget about the energy company. It has absolutely nothing to do with the symbol or it's shares. Nothing. Zero.
