The Courts have not ruled on the Motions before them.

No one has made the claims you reference. Turner defied the Court's Order from last year when he was the CEO of both entities.

DGF clearly states their position in the SDNY case.

No one responded to DGFs Motion so a Default decision is expected.

All else is opinion that I do not share.
