There are two kinds of governmental privilege in the US. There is Executive Privilege ( which is subject to leaks and "heros" like vindeman) and bureaucratic privilege which may as well be Ft Knox. Bureaucrats never eat their own, the only lower rate of cannibalism than the Democrat party.

I don't expect any of the necessary direct information to surface for the courts.
