LOL it is based on a simple statistics:

ALL Fife financings went bankrupt and/or mass RS (reverse splits which has exactly the same impact on investors), excepted the last one (Cytodyn).

The SEC filings submitted by Cytodyn confirm this is going to happen (see my other post).

Last, the SEC/DOJ has not invested resources in investigating Cytodyn for nothing. This is the cherry on the cake.

Unless a contradictory fact can be stated, this is game over.
