tryn2, I suspect the more practical reason for the FDA delays is due to Dr JJ not giving the FDA ALL of the data up front. Rather now Dr JJ and the FDA are in this loop of the FDA asking for more and more data. And after each FDA request Dr. JJ must scramble to FORMAT the data the way the FDA wants it.

I suspect that if Dr JJ had been more transparent up front and given them all of the data then the whole EUA process would be DONE by now. Let's just hope that Dr JJ wasn't trying to conceal data that he did not want the FDA to see.
