For P/E I generally use the conservative 2.53. As I understand it, a company's P/E ratio is a gauge of the investor's sentiment and future expectations rather than being based on the current valuation of the company. Based on this, perhaps a better P/E would be 5.8, though all this is contingent on AXXA being traded in a real market rather than Pinks.
