18. I own 1,661,822 common stock shares of the Issuer (the “1,661,822 Shares”) for prior securities law services that were previously rendered to the Issuer. The 1,661,822 Shares were issued prior to 2020 and were not issued in connection with the matters pertaining to this Opinion. I have no agreement, understanding or arrangement with the Issuer to receive any other common stock shares or other securities of the Issuer in the future.
