The OTC is setting new and very unsettling precedents (unsettling for those of us holding long positions in co's that aren't OTC Current), but the bigger picture is that the OTC markets will ultimately be better for having these standards in place.

Sucks for us in the interim and perhaps we will lose our investment dollars in the co's that simply refuse to comply.

I've got my fair share of them as well
