Just off the phone with OTC Markets as to why Stop sign still up. Was told that their analysts are catching up and currently working on filings up to 8/27. Our filings were on 8/30 so they should be up to them in the next couple days. It's definitely a rough time with most brokers not allowing buying (including mine - TDA), but volume is low and it should be fine by the end of the week. What we really need then is some info from Datatecnics.

The GTC order was cancelled by the broker. It had been in for awhile so I thought they would honor it. Haven't found another that will take it yet.
