It almost seems like they’re going to keep diluting until they’re ready for the stock to start making a move. At that point they are definitely going to have to put the reverse split back on the table in order to clean up all of the shares. The shares they are diluting are getting eaten up however if they weren’t diluting the stock would be at least a nickel right now maybe more.
