Again, you’re not arguing facts. Not less......

than 3 blogs from legal firms have blasted the SEC for this absurd case trying to prosecute for not following guidance. Guidance is not law and the jury was instructed of that. The one remaining issue is that of claims of omissions in filings with FINRA, and any potential buyer never sees such information. Correspondences between FINRA and the broker are not disclosed to the public. If you are familiar with the case you explain why Lopez 14 charges were REJECTED, along with 12 of 13 of Carl’s and 11 of 12 of Micah’s. I think some are simply taking the occasion to pile on.

The case has definitely hurt the share price, but the company some have claimed is defunct (non-existent) is salvaging the Pulaski with the North Carolina waiting on deck.

CAIRD is the result of an IP exchange that included several wrecks, an AUV worth about $2MM that located the wrecks, as well as the airplane that is the subject of tonight’s show. The partnership stands with Micah, as do I.

I saw Dan in Facebook updates and he went out on the History project. He stands with Micah. Anyone who knows him does. The source of your original information regarding EXPL has an axe to grind because of who Micah fired years ago.

Eclipse Group (Steve, JR , and others) stand with Micah. Blue Water stands with Micah, as does the crew.

If someone posts false info the SEC can charge with fraud or manipulation. In this case there is no recourse against the SEC by EXPL.

The only thing that can be done is to keep on keeping on. The market hasn’t benefitted us as originally planned, so the printing press was turned off.

I look forward to you’re argument in support of the SEC. Of course I don’t expect such a reasoned argument because there isn’t one.

The SEC only wins about 60% of trials when folks have the resources to fight. They fought a jury trial here. They prefer the way it use to be, but fortunately the Supremes put an end to some of the overreach.
