Well the retail portion of the BID IN MY OPINION went to crap already. Opening down approximately 1.3 Billion from Friday close. So again, IN MY OPINION, an artificial BID remains that could disappear with a click or two, time limit expiration, etc...
The ASK I personally believe is purely retail as it's been growing slowly but steadily since the session opened.
Now of course a filing can make an instant impact both in the PPS and the ability to BUY on retail platforms. But the question everyone must answer for themselves is whether they believe that will happen. Some may want to get out while the possibility of doing so remains. Others may choose to hang on and see what ultimately occurs. September 28th is after today 14 Trading Days away. So without recommending ANY TYPE OF TRADE, I would simply suggest traders do what is in their PERSONAL BEST FINANCIAL INTEREST and NOT follow anyone else.
