So I assume you are saying that you have no idea what you are talking about? Could be a language barrier, but truthfully you are making no sense.

VSPC will either file completed SEC forms by September 28th of this year or they will be delisted and will no longer be traded.

Actually pretty simple. If you believe they will get current with SEC, then buy as much as you can. If you do not believe they will make it then Sell as much as you can.
