He cited a meeting back in November where this tropism vs ROT was discussed. He did not say ALL shareholders did not know. I am sure that NP and team at some point did not understand this difference - they do not have the expertise. I would listen again to get the references.
I try to listen to both side with an open mind but have never seen any documentary evidence of anything from NP and team. If I had to decide today I would go with 13D.
