The fact is WE don’t know why the BLA has problems because the RTF letter was not published.

Also Bruce did not say that tropism vs ROT was the issue with the BLA. Sorry but you misunderstood that part. He presented the data that showed what ROT work was done by Incelldx - the last 3rd of mono therapy.
He also showed the email about the quotation provided on the request of CYDY.
NP and team have not provided a single piece of documentary evidence - only “he said, she said”. That to me is telling.
At least the 13D team faced the cameras so people could see their body language as they addressed some pointed questions. NP does not do that. What is his fear?

Mr Rosenbaum said that CYDY had RS approved by a shareholders , RS 1:15 or 1:17.

I happened to see the details recently when I was reading old 10K's (I know, the ways I spend my time, lol). From the 2018 10K:

Our stockholders have currently authorized our Board of Directors to implement a reverse stock split at a ratio of any whole number between one-for-two and one-for-fifteen, as determined by our Board of Directors,

So Rosenbaum mentioning a 15:1 split possibility was correct but that was the high end of the range.

Misu, I would say 50% of investor have no idea. Not everyone is a doctor or the training. Some here are in CYDY because of fake pump articles, referrals etc.

If Only the insiders took the time to educate people on what went wrong with the trials and RTF/delays there would be more trust.
