You are comparing apples with oranges. You know better. Occasionally posting on a board has absolutely nothing to do with the EAU application and review. And you know it.
You also assume that the FDA is 'turning down data' at every page. Where did you make up that fiction? Are you privy to insider information? No you are not.
The FDA is asking for more information because they want to make sure that they cover all of the bases before granting EAU approval. I'm sure that they are taking extra precaution due to the small patient size of the Phase 3 trial.
EUA will happen in due time. And you know it! Don't you!
