The list of accomplishments included for 2006- 'Revenue from sales of SynDNA to other companies'- I wonder how much? and when will the 10K be issued? March or April? Revenues should greatly enhance share price

Kan, Nice post!

The press release had a lead-off paragraph that was not contained in the CYGX website CEO Update.

"During the course of 2006, CytoGenix began the transition from a company of product development to that of sales and marketing. Supporting this transition will require major changes that include a new CEO and a top-level management group, expanding the circle of securing strategic partnerships and government grants."

CYGX must be very confident of the future of synDNA to make this kind of a statement.

SynDNA is a product that CYGX owns, manufactures and markets on it's own.

The history of biotech shows that most biotech companies never develop a product they can try to go it their own on.

CYGX is certainly an interesting biotech play with a very large upside potential.

Kan,

Couldn't agree with you more. What would really substantiate this year's end report is more real news in the progress area as far as goals in the sales or licensing of the synDNA. That is their only real means of revenue and needs to be pushed at this time to show that they can be somewhat self sufficient. At least that is my thinking. But I'm no Einstein and that should be pretty obvious.

What I didn't like about the report is the lack of mention of Aldevron's second round of testing which I would think would have to be somewhat close to done...if what was reported mid last year was the truth.

The report also illudes to the fact that there is much news and progress reports that are right around the corner. This has been stated before and empty results here could be devistating IMHO.

I hope stonehenge or whomever can accomplish the job put forth. I'm not really ecstatic aboout our DD's have turned up virtually nada on the company. Poor results and keeping word right now is paramount. I think all will be well in the future but the company is very fragile right now and walking on thin ice.

JMHO
