The best guess is based on an assumption that they filed around the 9th of August. That assumption is based on a cryptic tweet they made about that time. So far they have refused to just come out and say despite inquiries. So it's possible they still haven't filed. It's also possible they filed earlier than the 9th. We really don't know for certain. I think they have filed. But it's anyone's guess as to when that happened.
