Just looking @ the IPR trial outcomes and not the IPR challenges denied, if we included those, the VPLM results are even more remarkable than the above, but...

VPLM fought two separate IPR trials vs aapl(VERSUS aapl, MIND YOU)...and every VPLM patent claim was upheld in each of those trials. In one IPR trial, this occurs 5%/6% of the time; THE PROBABILITY OF THIS OUTCOME IN BOTH TRIALS WOULD BE .0036%, or less...

No, the IPR challenges DO NOT PROVE INFRINGEMENT, but these patents are put together well. VPLM, when given a FAIR chance, overcame HUGE odds against them. For me, the prior results increased my confidence in VPLM being able to prevail, WHEN GIVEN A FAIR CHANCE(can we say, "Claim Construction"?) in future battles. I think Messrs Hudnell/Gikkas might concur...
