Well today I'm still a little spent from going to and from Austin with my medical stuff. So hard to concentrate on the proper wording. But I will say his risk of actually buying any shares (assuming I'm correct) that the BID is basically just more UBQU dilution as I suspect. Is very, very remote. While at least until Close Friday was a great move whether planning to keep the company Public or take it Private.
