RD You seem to forget that almost all Chinese microcaps have proved to be scams. There are no filed annual or quarterly reports from this company for many years. We "KNOW" next to nothing as far as this company is concerned. The other company has worked on and tested its revolutionary technology for a period of more than 10 years. The patent is about 13 years old. Every week the ompany receives communications from investors living in various parts of the world who are interested in investing in this company.
The interest in HERB among investors is very low indeed. It is true that if the numbers are filed and show the value you expent the pps may rise more in the next three months than it will in the other company. The risk lies in degree of probability that the numbers will be documented will happen. Looking a few months ahead the risk in the other company is modest in my view and the chance that the pps will explode is modest too. These two companies are very different investment prpoositions.
