That was the year of the name change
and if I'm not mistaken was trading @1.00....
Kramer was given 1 million shares @ a dollar each, on his thoughts the year earlier....
Today the haunting, from inside ownership continues....
TMMI IMO needs to be acquired or merged!!!!
