I asked David at the end of last week to ask Robert to send out a PR stating that the 1-A has been completed as I thought we were done when we blew STXG and PAUL off the ASK

CDEL started forking with us last Friday. Dilution mainly occurs at the ASK, like we saw from PAUL and STXG. MM's were swapping at the Bid to crash the PPS to steal as many shares as possible.
