$GVSI Was that the case? I thought they went current on November 4th and then announced on November 12th.

I'm totally open to being corrected, but perhaps when they stated on their website there "Company Announces that it has received a "Current Information" rating on the OTC Markets web site." it meant that they posted all the information to fulfill that rating, which was not necessarily pink current?

And nothing says, a merger partner couldn't be announced BEFORE pink current, as was the case with TSPN
