Not buying for the filings, or pink status, will happen soon enough, investing for the technology, could care less about the filings taking more time. Long term means just that, not two weeks, or day to day bs speculations on when its going to be pink.

I've seen companies post over a three day weekend. I wouldn't be surprised if HPIL did the same. $$$
