I have a different opinion of the shell ruling.

I will give you 2 examples.

1. BABL is not a Shell Company according to OTCMARKETS so it is not eligible for the 18 month extension. We are Stop Pink No information -Dark or Defunct.

2. Brokerage firms won't allow buying because of reason number 1.

Again this is IMHO.
