Nv. has REVOKED BIEI's state filing. Even if they were going for a R/M, it would have to be publicly posted there.
Don't see that happening, until they bring that back into compliance.
And keep in mind, there are many empty tickers up for sale, as the date to get Current, or get sent to the Grey's approaches.
Sept. 27, I think is correct?
