Luck has nothing to do with it, it's only common sense, RGBP shares are worthless in the eyes of this company, they are only a means of raising money and acquisitions which end up right back in the Float anyway, preferred is where the money stacks up in value and are protected as well.
If anything goes to a dollar 1st out of the 2 choices, you best believe $RGBPP will get there 1st, by the time RGBP gets to a dollar that means $RGBPP will be at $6.
