if you do speak to chas in the next week to ten days, might you
ask him if he is going to act before sept. 30th in order to
at least postpone the end of ctdt?
if he says 'yes,' you might ask what specifically he's going to
do and when?
you've had a good long relationship, he might be willing to
tell you something concrete. might, might not.
